Training Programme for VET Teachers

Design Thinking

This workshop offers a practical introduction to Design Thinking as an approach to exploring and addressing complex challenges across different contexts such as projects, organisations, and education.

Participants get a first structured insight into key elements such as understanding users, framing problems, and generating solution ideas. They are encouraged to bring their own topics, for example from the WIN4SMEs project, and work on them collaboratively during the session.

The focus is on experiencing the mindset and core principles rather than applying the full process. Participants leave with a clear starting point, initial tools, and ideas on how to further develop and apply Design Thinking in their own context.

From Teaching to Learning Facilitation

This workshop introduces the idea of shifting from teaching to learning facilitation. Participants explore how their role can evolve from delivering content to guiding and supporting learning processes.

Through reflection and simple practical exercises, participants gain first insights into key aspects such as mindset, communication, and relationship building. Techniques like active listening and effective questioning are introduced and tested in a low-threshold way.

The workshop is designed as a starting point. It helps participants reflect on their current practice and provides initial impulses for developing more learner-centered approaches in their own environment.

Agile Methodologies

This workshop provides an introduction to agile methodologies as a way of working in dynamic and complex environments such as projects, teams, and organisations.

Participants get to know selected agile elements such as short cycles, regular check-ins, visual task management, and iterative feedback. These are explored through simple exercises and related to participants’ own contexts.

The focus is on understanding the principles and potential of agile approaches rather than implementing a full framework. Participants gain a first orientation and ideas on how agile elements can support collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement in their work.

AI in Everyday Professional Practice

This is a practical introductory training course on AI, designed for people working in education, administration, project work, communication, and other roles that involve handling information and content. It is aimed mainly at beginners or those who want to build a clearer, more structured understanding of AI and start using it in a conscious, safe, and practical way.

Participants learn the basics of how AI works, how to write better prompts, how to work with documents, create content, organise information, and apply AI in everyday professional tasks. The course is strongly practice-oriented and built around structured modules, exercises, checklists, and ready-to-use examples.
